I help people to obtain consents and have their say on developments and resource management plans and policies that affect them. I also sit on hearing panels making decisions on consents and plan changes.

My focus is on delivering sustainable outcomes for people and the environment. Respecting tangata whenua rights and interests and respecting the Treaty lies at the heart of what I do.

I embarked on my Te Reo Māori learning journey in order to deepen my understanding of Te Ao Māori and to honour my whakapapa so that my children and those that come after them know who they are.

Tūraukawa and the Manavation whānau have provided me with encouragement, support and a safe harbour where I can shelter and grow as I find my feet on my cultural competency journey.
