Wrap around wellbeing support on your te reo Māori journey

Kia ora e te whānau — I am a social practitioner specialising in conversations that explore uncertainty and discomfort around cultural identity for tauiwi in our ever-evolving bicultural Aotearoa. As a British New Zealander, I continue to develop my professional identity via relationships and conversations that invite curiosity and discovery.

Feeling uncomfortable and sometimes overwhelmed about the cultural confidence journey is a natural response when exploring your cultural identity. Working through this discomfort to a point of personal resolution is a first step in being able to truly embrace what it means to be bicultural in Aotearoa.

I have 20 years experience in counselling, supervision, mentoring and coaching in the health, education and social work sectors. I have a lifetime of experience in being a British New Zealander in Aotearoa navigating my way through two worlds as equally rich and beautiful as they are complex and oftentimes difficult to understand.

I am here to walk alongside you on your unique and personal journey of cultural identity exploration and how this journey will transform your relationship with te reo Māori and your bicultural evolution.
